Work will include: Provide life safety updates to laboratory buildings Bradfield Hall and Emerson Hall at the Ithaca campus of Cornell University. These include updates to the HVAC system, laboratory exhaust systems, smoke detection system, and electrical switchgear, as well as a new fire pump, new fire protection system, and a new stair pressurization system. Provide a fit-out of a new genetics teaching laboratory suite on Level 1 of Bradfield Hall. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
