Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Site grading: importing select fill and planting soils, removal of site fill; the shaping of onsite material; 2. Removal and installation of concrete; 3. Installation of the pre-engineered pavilion, related foundation, and floor slab, masonry columns, lighting, convenience receptacles, and electrical; 4. Installation of site furnishings; picnic tables, benches, bike racks; 5. Installation of playground fall surface material (engineered wood fiber); 6. Coordination with playground equipment contractor (separate contract with COSL); 7. Installation of trees, shrub plantings, and related 8. Installation of solid sod and hydro-seeded lawn including. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on June 6th. Achieve Substantial Completion within 180 calendar days from NTP. Achieve final completion within 30 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
