This is a continuation of Phase 1A continuing street reconstruction and drainage improvements comprising of an underground system to alleviate flooding issues due to lack of drainage infrastructure. Street reconstruction will include curbs, sidewalks and driveway approaches along Russell Place from N. Flores to Breeden. The Deadline for questions is scheduled for May 18, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. CST. The consultant’s construction estimated for this contract is: $2,048,000.00 CoSA: SAWS: CPS Energy: Base Bid: $1,222,000.00 Base Bid: $624,000.00 Base Bid: $202,000.00.
