The Selected Provider must be able to dedicate manpower and time to provide the required services under this Contract to the City for the construction of Briarwood Blvd Rehabilitation. Bids, in order to be considered, shall be accompanied by a bid bond, payable to the Owner, in amount not less than five-percent (5%) of the total base bid.
