The proposed project is located in Coconino County, on State Route 264 (SR 264) east of Tuba City at milepost 324.10, on the Hopi Reservation. The work consists of Moenkopi Wash (Str. # 621) bridge deck replacement. The work includes removing the existing bridge deck, barriers, and constructing a new deck with new barriers, new approach slabs, new compression seal joints, added shear studs, paint existing structural steel, abutment repair, install guardrail, pavement marking and other related work. This project is located on a Native American Reservation, in the Hopi Reservation area, which may subject the contractor to the laws and regulations of the Hopi Reservation and its TERO office. Contractors are advised to make themselves aware of any taxes, fees or any conditions that may be imposed by the Hopi Reservation on work performed on the Reservation. The time allowed for the completion of the work included in this contract will be 150 working days. Prequalification required. DBE goal is 3.27%.
