The scope of project involves construction activities on the Howell Avenue from Croom Road to US 41/Broad Street Sidewalk Project LAP. Construction includes six-foot wide sidewalk, curb & gutter, driveway reconstruction, closed flume inlets, swale regrading sodding, striping mailbox relocations, sign relocations and gravity wall with handrails on the East side of Howell Avenue from Croom Rd to US 41 /Broad St. Includes, but not limited to, Right of Way (ROW) survey locating, handrails, striping, existing sign removal/relocate, new sign installation and sodding. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
