Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed Bids for BRWRF RWPS Capacity Upgrades. Following is a general description of the Project: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to install four (4) new vertical turbine pumps in the existing Reclaimed Water Pump Station (RWPS), including improvements to the electrical, HVAC, and controls systems to provide a complete and operational upgraded pumping facility as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein.
