The City of Bryan (the “City”) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of the Bryan Midtown Park Phase 5A (Midtown Park Boulevard Extension): (The project consists of an approximate 1,700 linear feet of two-lane roadway with a 14-ft wide median and two roundabouts, associated storm drain including a 10x5 box culvert with headwalls, 55 ft archspan culvert with precast headwalls, approx. 2,500 lf of 6” and 8” waterline, removal and replacement of approx. 370 lf of 18” sanitary sewer, street lighting, and electrical/telecom/COB Fiber conduit runs) Q&A due by 05/04/21 at 10AM.
