Estimate: $750,000.00 - $1,500,000.00

Trades: General Contractor GC, Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning HVAC Contractor and Controls, Fire Alarm Protection & Suppression Contractor, Electrical Contractor - Including Lighting and Possible High Voltage, Electrical Contractor - Low Voltage

The existing building is comprised of approx. 60,000 sf. of garage bays, warehouse, and workspaces. The mechanical, electrical, and acoustical ceiling upgrades includes approx. 3,200 sf. of workspaces. Work includes network cabling upgrades to workstation and wireless access points, new uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and new electrical connection/ receptacles. Mechanical upgrades include new DOAS AHU, heat pumps, and fan coil units. New duct work, louvers, and piping in support of the mechanical systems. Lighting upgrades include light fixtures, occupancy sensor, and automatic daylight harvesting controls. The Project also includes contractor provision of temporary lunch trailer for Port’s employees during construction for the entire duration of the project. Substantial completion of all work included in this contract within 420 calendar days. M/WBE goal is 12%
