The County of Orange (“County”) is seeking a Vendor to provide Building Automation (BAS) and Building Management (BMS) Systems Services, including, but not limited to, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, replacements and installations, as needed, at various facilities within the County of Orange. This scope includes the Lots listed below. It is not necessary to bid on all Lots but, for each Lot bid upon, all locations must be bid. Lot 1 – Honeywell Excel 5000 at the Orange County Correctional Facility Lot 2 – Johnson Controls Metasys at the Middletown Community Campus Lot 3 – Schneider Electric SmartStruxture at the Government Center and Court House (Annex). Other schedule for site visit: – Honeywell Excel 5000 at the Orange County Correctional Facility 110 Wells Farm Road, Goshen, NY 10924 Thursday, September 24, 2020 at approximately 10:30 A.M. – Johnson Controls Metasys at the Middletown Community Campus 18 Seward Ave., Middletown, NY 10940 Thursday, September 24, 2020 at approximately 11:00 A.M. Bond required. Please refer to documents for wage rate. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
