The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking is to establish a contract for an as needed trouble shooting and repair of TMD’s existing building automation systems (HVAC/energy management). Contractors to be used on an as needed basis through a work order system initiated by an authorized TMD contract monitor. Work shall be conducted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM unless other arrangements are made in advance with the project manager, contracting, and/TMD staff. Equipment brands that vendor needs to be able to work on include, but are not limited to: Honeywell, Distech, Schneider Electric, TAC, Johnson Controls, Tridium. HSP required. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on June 24th. Bonds required.
