The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College (Owner) for Building B Welding/Automotive Roof Replacement - Appalachian Campus in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. Each bid must be accompanied with a Bid bond in an amount equal to 5% of the base bid, payable to the Owner, Chattahoochee Technical College, in order to guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly in compliance with the Bidding Documents. Bid Bonds should be furnished on forms accepted as standard by the insurance industry. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
