The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Albany Technical College (Owner) for the replacement of a chiller in Building H. Each bid must be accompanied with a BID BOND in an amount equal to 5% of the base bid, payable to the Owner, Albany Technical College, in order to guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly in compliance with the Bidding Documents. Bid Bonds should be furnished on forms accepted as standard by the insurance industry. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
