Contractors will report to the PCCA Project Manager at the designated area near the intersection of Joe
Fulton International Corridor and Navigation Boulevard as indicated below for sign-in. (see attached document)
Scope of work generally consists of establishing a rail yard, including realignment of existing portions of railroad tracks and construction of new tracks, service road and ditches. The Scope of Services for this Request generally includes but is not limited to realigning portions of existing track to accommodate additional tracks, construction of new track, removing and salvaging existing track scale and scale house, grading and fill, placing the railbed to the top of the subballast, installing concrete crossings across existing roads, constructing a new service road and ditches and all other work necessary to complete the project
