This work is to be provided for one single story residential wood frame building located at 16 Bullock St and 583 Oak Grove Ave, Fall River, MA 02723. This project shall be completed within 30 days of receipt of a written notice to proceed from the Director of Modernization. Deadline for questions is April 15, 2021 by 3:00pm.
