The Washington County Transit Authority (WCTA) d/b/a Freedom Transit is soliciting bid proposals from qualified Design-Build Contractors to construct new bus stops throughout their service area. The Contractor’s scope of work shall include preliminary and final design, permitting, site work, bus stop shelter procurement and shelter installation. Work shall be substantially completed within 150 Calendar Days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
