Seeking bids for a turn-key automated security gating system for Knoxville Area Transit's Operation and Maintenance facility and Transit Center. The gating system must be heavy duty in construction and designed for high-use, rapid cycle for controlled access of vehicles for both facilities. an option must also be offered to provide automated contol access for employee walk-through tranffic (pedestrian gates) at the Magnolia Operations and Maintenance facility and an option for controlled automobile access within an employee parking lot also at the Magnolia facility. Included, but not limited to: removal and disposal of existing gates, installation of gating described, extension and/or length adjustments of existing chain-link fencing where required, installation and connection of required electrical service, installation of vehicle and optional employee pedestrian and employee parking lot gate activation devices, gate system programming and installation of a remote means to open specific gates from two offices.
