Bidders are to meet at the Butte College Facilities Planning and Management Construction Modular located on the west site of the Facilities Planning and Management Office at 3536 Butte Campus Drive, Oroville CA 95965 for the Job Walk.

This project in general shall consists of interior renovations to the District’s Mechanized Agriculture, Horticulture and Facilities Planning and Management buildings Men’s and Women’s Restrooms, and Business Education building Men’s Restroom. Scope of Work will include, but not be limited to, interior demolition; limited framing; plumbing and electrical rough-in, finish and fixtures; toilet partitions; gypsum wallboard installation and repair; painting; tile walls, tile and epoxy flooring; and installation of District and Contractor furnished restroom accessories in accordance with the Project design Specifications, Drawings, other related documents and Mandatory Job-Walk and Pre-Bid Meeting. The start date for the project July 1, 2022 and the scheduled date for Substantial Completion of the Work is January 13, 2023. Substantial Completion of the Business Education Building Men’s Restroom is August 12, 2022. Deadline for questions is May 17, 2022 by 4:00pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
