1745 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Stafford, VA 22554. Covid-19 safety precautions have been implemented for the pre-bid conference. Face coverings are mandatory upon entrance into the facility. All contractors will be required to have their temperature checked prior to the start of the conference. If you are currently experiencing any covid-19 symptoms, please refrain from attendance. All Contractors are asked to submit Attachment “C” - Pre-Bid Registration form by Tuesday November 23, 2021 via e-mail to Lisa Walker at lwalker@rrj.state.va.us

The purpose and intent of the Invitation to Bid is to establish a firm fixed price contract with qualified contractor(s) to provide cabinetry and countertop replacement in the outlined security areas, housing units, community corrections and intake areas of the Rappahannock Regional Jail in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. Q&A due 5 days prior to bid.
