The Owner is in the process of renovating approximately 55,000 square feet within its interconnected Bonnell and Mint Buildings to create a new Library/Learning Commons space. This renovation is taking place in three (3) Phases with the first Phase nearing completion. As part of this renovation, approximately 2,400 square feet has been allocated for a café with seating. This space is in Phase III, which is expected to be completed in December 2020. Finishes for this space were excluded from the original Construction Documents and are not part of the renovation work already assigned to the four (4) multi-prime contractors. Prevailng wages Bonds required.
