The scope of work for the hazard tree falling services is found in Exhibit A attached to this RFB. This solicitation is part of a multiple phase effort to address hazard trees. Each phase will be bid individually. The award of this contract will be made to the lowest cost responsive responsible bidder as determined by District staff based on the contents of the bid including total bid cost, relevant experience, equipment, and references. Contractors may bid on multiple phases but must ensure that capacity allows for completion within the timeline specified by the District. To be considered, questions must be received by the District no later than 3:00 p.m. on October 29, 2021. DBE/SBE participation.
