Prior to paint remove mounted signage paint/coat surface and reinstall.; Proper remediation of any surfaces containing lead; Re-paint existing door numbers, misc. benches, poles, gates, and playground equipment; Provide protection for all over-spray; Remove expanded metal over windows, paint, and re-install (unless otherwise noted). Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
