Provide minor renovations to approximately 2,972 square feet on the basement, first and second floor levels of Carpenter Hall in order to move the Systems Engineering (SE) department into the ACCEL Computer Labs on the second floor and the SE Ezra Scholars into the current basement HR Suite. HR hoteling office space will also be provided on the first floor in rooms 109 and 110. There is work outside of the areas included to support the project. Work at the site shall be started within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance of written authorization to proceed and shall achieve substantial completion of the project no later than December 29, 2022. Bonds required.
