Remove existing roof shingles and felt paper and haul off, remove all pipe flashing and AC unit flashing and haul off. MPS Construction will inspect plywood, roof trusses and any Fascia that will need to be repaired or replaced. Fascia will be primed and painted. Install new Domestic 30 pound roof paper and new flashing on pipe penetrations and on the AC units per Specifications. Install new metal roof drip edge per Specifications. Install new Tamko brand Asphalt shingles and ridge cap in a light grey color (TBD) installed to Specifications. Caulk and seal around any penetrations as needed. AC condensate lines will be reset back in place. Project roof will always be weather tight. Clean job site thoroughly. This project is to remove and replace the roof on a portable building pat Carson Jr High school per Architect Specifications. Deadline for questions is November 3, 2021 by 10:00am.
