The scope of work is to improve safety along the existing 3rd Avenue North sidewalk by adding lighting and construct a lighted, ADA accessible route connecting River Park Community Center and the surrounding residents to Fun Time Early Childhood Academy, Neighborhood Health Clinic and Baker Park. The Project will improve a route that people already use. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
