This project includes the reconstruction of the parking lot at Centennial Park and the expansion of the parking lot at Padden Park located in West Norriton Township. Additional improvements include site grading, concrete curb and sidewalk installation, stormwater improvements and parking lot line striping. Alternates include the installation of parking lot lights at Padden Park. The Contractor is responsible for all erosion control, demolition, grading, soil compaction and trash/material removal. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor and work, unless otherwise provided and shall be responsible for the complete supervision, performance and completion of all work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, special provisions and contract. Clarification deadline 5/26/21 by 3:00 pm.
