This project consists of removal and replacement of 5532SF of sidewalk, curb, gutter, and asphalt roadway that has been damaged by city street trees. Price to include cutting and removing roots that interfere with sidewalk along with all permitting fees and labor to pull them and complete inspections. Install root barrier 18 inches deep along sidewalk edge and gutter, preparation of aggregate base, and placement of concrete per attached City of West Sacramento Community Development Engineering Division Standard Specifications, Detail 202 and 701. Repair irrigation if damaged. Backfill the sidewalk edges and add sod to repair turf or mulch in planters. The sidewalk must not exceed a 1.75% cross slope or 4.75% path of travel. Cost to include traffic control plan. This is not a Federal Aid project. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on Oct 3rd. All work shall be completed within Sixty (60) working days from the date designated on the Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
