Chapel View Pump Station located in the vicinity of 3103 Cape Horn Road, Red Lion, PA
Sealed bids for improvements to the existing sanitary pumping station and will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) by Windsor Township. The work performed in this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials as required by the Contract Drawings, and as specified herein, for the construction of upgrades and improvements to the Chapel View Pump Station, consisting of, but not limited to: demolition, removal and disposal of existing improvements; replacing submersible pumps and slide rails; replacement of force main valves; installation of an air ventilation system for existing valve vault; provision of an anti-FOG wet well aeration system; construction of a utility building; new fencing, including several gates, and paving; a new electrical service; other electrical work; and all related works required to furnish a finished, complete in place product, at the Chapel View Pump Station in Windsor Township, York County. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
