Full landscape renovation of UNLV’s Chemistry Building (CHE). The landscape renovation will entail: moderately extensive demolition and prep for new concrete on the north courtyard; newly created concrete gathering pads in three (3) sections around the building; a completely new irrigation system and upgrade for the building; a large number of boulder retention areas for erosion control; and extensive plantings and rock aggregate throughout the entire building. See attached Exhibit B for compete details. Working hours are 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., seven days per week, as needed, to meet Project Completion Date. Questions are due by May 26th @ 2:00 PM. Project must be achieved by Aug 24, 2020. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
