Via Webex Any prospective bidder that is interested in attending the conference is to RSVP via email to the Buyer of Record (dfinegan@ouc.com) at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Please include the name of the firm as well as the first and last name of each attendee. Be sure to add their individual e-mail address and phone number. Once the Buyer of Record is notified, access instructions will then be e-mailed to any prospective participant. If you have any questions, please email the Buyer of Record at least two days prior to the meeting so that we can discuss those answers. Those questions as well as any additional questions will be answered either in the meeting or in an Addendum.
The intent of this SOQ is to select multiple Engineering Consulting firms to support OUCooling in design and operation of its district cooling systems. OUCooling will be seeking one or more firms in each of the following areas: Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Insurance Required
