Project Description: Mechanical: Removal of (2) existing two section air cooled chillers and provide (2) new air cooled chillers, replace (5) existing chilled water circulator pumps with new chilled water pumps. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time of 15 weeks from Notice to Proceed. Questions via email to Owner by 5/20/2022, 12:00pm. MBE goal is 10%. FBE goal is 5%. Eighteen (18) percent of the total hours worked, per trade, should be performed by minority workers. Three (3) percent of the total hours worked, per trade, should be performed by female workers. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
