The intent of this solicitation is to secure a contract to refurbish seven air handling units (units 2 through 8) in the facility according to the specifications.The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing tools, equipment, labor, material and incidentals necessary to replace the chillers and a refrigerant monitoring system at Jack D. Huffman Community Center as identified in the bid specification. The bid will also include all necessary associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving.
