Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Conejo Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF), the services described herein: furnish all labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide three (3) days per week Janitorial Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Term is one year with one, one-year, renewal option. DBE incentive.
