Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and transportation, supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Moving Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Costs shall include transportation vehicle, labor and any other direct or indirect costs required to move any furniture, boxes, bins, and carts from the CHP’s current location to its new location. Current location 385 W. Grantline Rd., Tracy, CA. Delivery / New Location is 1175 East Pescadero Ave., Tracy, CA. Term is through 4/30/23. Questions due 9/27/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
