Sealed bids for Circuit Court Cell Replacement will be received by Anne Arundel County. The Work includes the following major items: Modification of the existing locking system from a pneumatic cell locking system to an electrical locking system for 55 doors at the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court Building. The modification will require replacement of some sliding doors in holding areas and high-end finished doors within the courtroom spaces. Electrical modifications are associated with the replacement of the doors and locks. Total time for completion, 150 consecutive calendar days. Questions due by October 14, 2022, at 3:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
