The City of Palm Coast is seeking bids from qualified contractors for improvements being made to Citation Pkwy. & Seminole Woods Pkwy. Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, coordination and incidentals necessary for the improvements being made to Citation Pkwy. & Seminole Woods Pkwy. The project area is approximately 0.3 miles long. The objective is to eliminate the stop sign at the existing intersection and convert Citation Pkwy into the extension of Sesame Boulevard to the intersection with Seminole Woods Blvd. Construction shall include, but not limited to: Extension of Sesame Boulevard to Seminole Woods Blvd by elimination of intersection at Citation Pkwy and Sesame Boulevard; Replacement of deficient culvert/bridge on Sesame Boulevard; Access road to City Property at Dry Lake; Intersection Improvements at Citation Parkway and Seminole Woods Boulevard including the addition of a left turn lane and a right turn lane; Intersection improvements at Citation Parkway and Universal Trail including the addition of a left turn lane; Drainage and utility design work; Multi-use path/passive linear park along the south side of Sesame Boulevard.
