Citrus County, Florida invites interested parties to submit a Bid for the replacement of 11 existing rooftop air conditioners with gas heat. The project consists of disconnecting and removing the existing units and installing 11 new units with gas heat at the Citrus County Detention Facility in accordance with the Scope of Services. Installation includes all connections to existing controls, electrical, gas and fire safety. To be qualified to submit a Bid, • Bidder must have at least five (5) years of experience as a commercial HVAC contractor. • Bidder must be registered in Sam.gov(https://sam.gov) • Bidder must be registered in Sunbiz.org (https://dos.myflorida.com/sunbiz/). Successful Bidder shall reach completion of services within 14 calendar days after the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed issued by the County.
