The City of Tallahassee 3 rd Floor Renovation project is located on the 3 rd floor of City Hall. This project includes renovations to the southeast quadrant of the 3 rd Floor and the relocation of the City Auditor and CRTPA suites within the building. The work area is approximately 8,500 square feet in area. The project scope includes partial demolition of partitions and ceilings where indicated on plans. Ceiling removal also includes replacement of lighting and mechanical diffuser where indicated. Flooring will be adjusted and patched using owner stock. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
