The general nature of the work consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, services, and incidentals required for the project. The scope of the work includes ADA Improvements to City Hall and all appurtenant work. This is a HUD Section 3 Contract. To be considered a responsive bidder/proposer and eligible for a contract award, all Bidders/Proposers must commit to achieving established requirements, including benchmarks, for Section 3 workers and Targeted Section 3 workers. Project Duration: 90 working days. Planholder questions are due to the City no later than 4:30 p.m. on June 9, 2022. Questions are to be submitted through PlanetBids. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
