The City of North Port desires to furnish and install a new, current year 900KW/1125KVA 277/480V diesel generator with all accessories to serve City Hall. The project will include electrical installation, fuel piping, some demolition, regrading/preparation of the generator site, installation of a new concrete slab, furnishing and installation of the generator, a 1600A automatic transfer switch, a 500A automatic transfer switch, and a free standing 4,000-gallon diesel tank. The generator and appurtenances will be protected by an enclosure with pad. The project will be located at 4970 City Hall Boulevard, North Port, Florida 34286. This project will be partially funded by FEMA under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), grant agreement number H0131, FEMA project number 4337-28-R, and as such, it shall comply with all FEMA requirements as set forth herein – Attachments 1E, 1F and 1G. DBE Goal 15%
