The Project is located at City of Rancho Santa Margarita City Hall and Bell Tower Regional Community Center (BTRCC), as shown on the plans. - The Contractor shall purchase all materials within 2 weeks from the Notice to Proceed date. The Contractor shall have delivered all materials within 36 weeks from the date of purchase. - The Contractor upon receipt of all materials shall complete all work in every detail within 10 working days of the delivery date. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
