900 Church St. Contractors should come to the Church Street entrance of City Hall for admission into the building for the meeting which will be held in the lobby.
An accessible entrance ramp will be added to the Church St. Entrance of Historic City Hall. Sloping precast concrete and glass paver panels will be supported on structural steel framing over an existing window well. The entrance ramp will be enclosed within cheek walls of limestone veneer with concrete backup and a precast concrete granite imitation capstone. Existing historic light posts and lanterns each side of the entrance will be relocated to new precast concrete granite imitation pilasters. Q&A due by 2pm, 6/9/21. DBE documentation required. Bonds required.
