The City of Pico Rivera (“City”) is seeking to establish a pool of qualified candidates for the interior rehabilitation, remodel and redesign of City Hall. The City’s priority will focus on the interior of the City Hall and City Hall West buildings. Respondents are welcome to include concepts for the buildings’ exterior façade to promote a fluid and consistent atmosphere both in and outside the buildings. The City expects the project to begin in May 2020 with completion in November 2020. Q&A due by 05/22/20.
