This project in general shall consist of improvement of the City Hall Building; replacement of the roof, updating of the existing facade, new overflow drain and scuppers, and all associated work. Work will include, but not limited to: replacing all areas of dry rot, and all associated unknows. The City Of Oroville has established an estimated project cost of $250,000 for completing the construction of the Project. The start date for the project June 27, 2022 and substantial completion date is October 28, 2022. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
