The City of Laguna Woods is requesting bids from qualified bidders – including Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Section 3 license contractors and suppliers – for its "City-maintained Catch Basins Full Capture Systems Retrofit Project."
