The City of Lone Tree seeks to partner with a qualified contractor to modernize the south elevator at the City of Lone Tree Municipal Building. The current elevator is a 2 stop, 2500lb capacity, manufactured by Dover, and installed in the year 2000. Contractors wishing to provide a proposal for this RFP must hold all required certifications and be able to perform the scope of work listed in this RFP. In addition, contractor must perform this work in accordance to all State and City codes and provide all completed inspection reports to the City upon successful completion of this project. Bonds required. Term is 5/1/21 through 10/1/21. Bonds required.
