Provide annual drainage improvement services on an as-needed basis to the City and the Co-op in full accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions herewith from a source(s) that will give prompt and efficient service. The work to be performed under the term of this Contract includes installation of catch basins, drainage pipe, perforated drain pipe with gravel drain fields, swale regrading, sod installation, drain pipe cleaning, pavement/curb repairs, pavement markings and other minor items related with the installation of drainage improvements in the City of Miami Gardens right-of-way or respective jurisdiction’s right-of-way.
