The City and County of Denver is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from design teams to provide architectural, landscape architecture, and engineering professional services for Phase 1 of the Civic Center Next 100 Project at the Greek Theater and Central Promenade at Civic Center. This project is part of the 2017 Elevate Denver Bond Program, which is a 10-year, $937 million general obligation bond program approved by voters in 2017. DBE/MBEWBE goal 19%. Bonds required.
