The successful Bidder is allowed 120 calendar days from the commencement date stated in the Agreement or a Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $1,000.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not substantially complete and $1,000.00 for each consecutive calendar day beginning the 46th day after the date of Substantial Completion for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete.Bonds.Insurance Required.
