The City of Coral Gables is soliciting bids for Clay Tile Re-Roofing at the War Memorial Youth Center, 405 University Drive, Coral Gables, FL 33134, from a pre-qualified contractor contract RTQ 2017.02.MS General and Specialty Trade Contractor Services. The contractor must be readily available to provide the services outlined in this solicitation, in accordance with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) policies, procedures, and directives; Federal law, regulations, and executive orders; and State / Local law and regulations. All bidders must be pre-qualified under contract RTQ 2017.02.MS General and Specialty Trade Contractor Services pool contract in order to submit a bid for this solicitation.
